Youth Skills Clinics

Participants playing U11 will be exposed to an elite training environment with a large focus on the habits necessary to play at the next level. The goal of the clinic is to promote a fun, development focused environment, where players have an opportunity to advance their preparation for the upcoming hockey season. This clinic has a focus on skating and skills with 1 hour and 30 minutes on the ice.

Participants playing U14 will be exposed to an elite training environment with a large focus on the habits necessary to play at the next level. The goal of the clinic is to promote a fun, development focused environment, where players have an opportunity to advance their preparation for the upcoming hockey season. This clinic has a focus on skating and skills with 1-hour and 30 minutes on the ice.

Participants must be playing U13 - U14 to register for this is a half day Hockey Clinic. The day will consist of two 50-minute ice times, followed by 75-minute strength and conditioning session, all led by varsity coaching staff. The clinic is open to players of varying skill. The goal of the camp is to promote a fun, development focused environment, where players have an opportunity to advance their preparation for the upcoming hockey season and we will focus on checking, angling, competing and defending skills while connecting their application of this within small areas. Previous hockey playing experience and full gear is required.

Participants must be playing U11 - U14 to register. This half day Hockey Clinic will focus on specific training for both forwards and defencemen along with hockey specific off ice training in the field house. The day will consist of two 50-minute ice times, followed by 1-hour strength and conditioning session, all led by varsity coaching staff. The clinic is open to players of varying skill. The goal of the camp is to promote a fun, development focused environment, where players have an opportunity to advance their preparation for the upcoming hockey season with focus on defensive habits for both defencemen and forwards and applying these skills within small areas. Previous hockey playing experience and full gear is required.

Participants must be playing U11 - U14 to register for this clinic. The day will consist of two 50-minute ice times, followed by 1 hour strength and conditioning session, all led by varsity coaching staff. The clinic is open to players of varying skill. The goal of the camp is to promote a fun, development focused environment, where players have an opportunity to advance their preparation for the upcoming hockey season and we will focus on passing, shooting, skating skills while connecting their application of this within small areas. Previous hockey playing experience and full gear is required.
