The Triathlon Camp Program is a half-day skill-based camp, focusing on improving technique in cycling, running, and swimming. Campers will participate in a daily swim, bike, and run that will challenge their skill and teamwork. To conclude the week, campers will partake in a Triathlon-based competition.
- The Youth Fitness Camp program includes 2 staff per 18 campers (1:9 ratio).
- Campers require a bicycle, a CSA-approved helmet, running shoes, and swimming attire for the week.
- Campers must be able to swim 50m of Freestyle (2 lengths of the Gryphon Gold Pool) comfortably, without the aid of the bottom/side of the pool or any personal floatation device.
- A swim test will be performed on the first day of camp to ensure all campers can enjoy and be comfortable during activities.
