Hockey Skills Camp is a 50-minute program designed for U9-U14 players looking to be challenged and improve their overall game while maximizing fun on the ice. The Hockey Half Day Camp is designed for players U9-U14 looking for a full workout, both on-ice & off-ice. Goalies are encourages to register although there will not be goalie specific training. All Genders welcome.

Are you interested in having your Hockey camper stay with the Gryphons for the full day??
This additional camp program is designed and only available to individuals that are registered for any of the U9-U14 Hockey Camps the week of August 21st-25th or August 28th-September 1st.
Campers will be cared for, and programs facilitated by the Activity Camp Program staff, when they are no longer in the Hockey Camp Program. They will participate in activities as their own camp group. These activities include games, challenges, outdoor fun, and a small creative activity. There is no recreational swim with this camp.

Shawn Camp Head Coach, University of Guelph Men's Hockey
The 2022-22 season marked Shawn Camp's 14th season as head coach of the Gryphons Men's Hockey program. Shawn, an Ottawa native, brings with him to the Gryphons an abundance of coaching experience at the CHL level as well as within Hockey Canada.
Shawn has brought a trio of championships to the city of Guelph as both the OHL (as head coach of the 2004 OHL Champion Guelph Storm) as well as at the OUA level (as head coach of the 2014-15 and 2019-20 Queen's Cup Champion Gryphons). During his time with Hockey Canada, Shawn has experience both as an assistant coach and a head coach of the U-18 team, including leading Canada to a Gold medal at the 2005 World Jr. Cup.
There are currently over 50 players active in the NHL who were coached by Shawn Camp at one point during their careers, either working with Coach Camp in the CHL, within Hockey Canada, or during their time at Ottawa Senators development camp. Coach Camp is currently in his 20th year as a Development Camp Coach for the Ottawa Senators.
Justin Stevens Associate Head Coach, University of Guelph Men's Hockey
The 2021-22 season marked Justin's fourth year with the Guelph Gryphons, and second season as the team's Associate Head Coach. During Justin's playing career, the Turkey Point native split his University career between the NCAA Division-1 Mercyhurst Lakers and the OUA, Carleton Ravens. After graduating from Carleton University, Justin signed a pro hockey contract and played for the SPHL, Roanoke Rail Yards Dawgs. Justin enjoyed a five-year junior playing career starting with the GOJHL Brantford Golden Eagles, OJHL Hamilton Red Wings and the Burlington Cougars, the USHL Youngstown Phantoms, and the CCHL Pembroke Lumber Kings. In the summer of 2019, Justin was invited to the Los Angeles Kings Coaches Summit as a Guest Coach at their Annual Development Camp.
