Our Senior Leadership Directors bring passion and expertise to every aspect of camp. They are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable camp experience while supporting staff, campers, and families!
Active Kids & Climbing Wall Coordinator
Kevin Lindner has been part of the Gryphon Summer Camps family since 2017, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the camping industry. His connection to camp runs deep— with a love for the camp environment and the joy it brings. Today, he channels his energy into creating a space where every camper feels safe, seen, and celebrated. Whether he’s welcoming campers with music, dance moves, or high fives, he ensures that each day starts with positivity and connection. His goal: to make camp a place where kids can grow, laugh, explore, and feel like they belong.
Beyond Gryphon Camps, Kevin is a Co-Chair of the 2026 Ontario Camps Association Conference and is a certified trainer with HIGH FIVE® Ontario, delivering the Principles of Healthy Child Development course to ensure camp leaders are equipped to support children’s social, emotional, and physical well-being.
Intercollegiate Coordinator, Sports & Camps
Jenn has been in her current role for almost a year and has a long standing history with the Department and Camps. As a Gryphon Summer Camps kid, herself, she understands the immense impact camp can have on children. It is with this understanding that she finds passion in providing a fun, safe, and inclusive camp environment for all who participate. In her free time, Jenn spends as much time with her young daughter, creating experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.
Supervisor of Aquatics, Safety Certifications & Active Kids Programs

In her own time, Beth enjoys time with her family, reading, and continuing to find ways to add mindfulness into her life.
