Gryphon Fitness On-Demand

Join us Virtually from Anywhere!

To access the Gryphon Fitness On-Demand Page click on “Watch Now” then students/staff/faculty will use their single sign-on credentials to gain access. Members who do not have UofG Single Sign-On credentials will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the platform.

Gryphon Fitness On-Demand is a library of Gryphon Instructors teaching some of your favourite classes. Access is free to current U of G Students & Athletics Members.
You are an Athletics Member if you are a registered full or part-time undergraduate or a full-time graduate student of the University of Guelph (Athletics Base Membership paid within your academic fees) or if you have purchased an Athletics Base Membership.

Before beginning please ensure you have adequate space around you that is free of obstacles to avoid any slip, trips or falls.

You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
