Cycle Classes

Cycle Mix

Hills & valleys, sprints & speed will challenge you in this class. You'll experience a wide variety of drills both in and out of the saddle with the goal to increase your endurance, speed and power. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Interval Grind Cycle

Challenge yourself with this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) cycle class that includes intervals of in-and-out of the saddle, jumps, sprints, and team play all set to heart pounding music. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Watts Up Cycle

Drive up your watts with our computerized bikes that measure your watts on every ride and take the guesswork out of how hard you're working. You will improve your power and therefore have better stamina, feel stronger and see amazing results. This class is included within the NRG Pass.
