Cycle Classes

Cycle Core

This intense class begins with cycle followed by circuit core work on the floor. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Cycle Express

Enjoy all of the benefits of cycle in this class that’s shorter in time, not in results. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Cycle Mix

Long and short climbs, fast sprints and rolling hills are some of the terrain you will cover in this class. Be prepared to challenge your endurance and strength. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Interval Grind Cycle

Challenge yourself with this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) cycle class that includes intervals of in-and-out of the saddle, jumps, sprints, and team play all set to heart pounding music. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Ripped Ride Cycle

Improve your cardiovascular ability with a 30-minute ride followed by strength work for your upper body and torso. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Sunrise Cycle

Kickstart your day and get your body moving with this early morning cycle class. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Watts Up Cycle

Drive up your watts with our computerized bikes that measure your watts on every ride and take the guesswork out of how hard you're working. You will improve your power and therefore have better stamina, feel stronger and see amazing results. This class is included within the NRG Pass.
