The Track & Field Camp is a skill development program that provides a foundation of athletics for our campers. Campers will participate in daily sessions that include an exciting mix of technical practice, games, and special events. While learning about Track & Field aspects with the guidance of varsity athletes and coaches, campers will practice their skills in preparation for competitive activities on the final day of camp.
- Track & Field Camp includes 2 staff per 18 campers (1:9 ratio).
- Facilitators utilize key components of the "Run Jump Throw" program, developed by Athletics Canada, designed to teach fundamental movement skills and physical literacy.
- Campers will participate in recreational swimming 2 times per week.
Summer Camp Registration opens Feb 10th at 6:30am.
