The Youth Fitness Camp program provides campers a unique and exciting fitness experience. With hands-on experience with fitness equipment, including cardio machines and strength equipment, and classes, campers will learn how to move their bodies in a safe, energetic environment.
- The Youth Fitness Camp program includes 3 staff per 27 campers (1:9 ratio).
- Activities cater to various ages and are delivered and selected for stage-appropriate learning, incorporating movement, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Energetic instructors are experienced in fitness and working with children in a camp environment.
- Campers will participate in recreational swimming 2 times per week.
- Campers are required to wear appropriate, comfortable workout clothing and bring both indoor and outdoor running shoes.
