Studio Rooms

A multipurpose room for fitness or dance classes, a TRX apparatus is set up and mirrors line the east side of the room. Studio Room 173 has proven popular with teams as a place for dryland training.

A large space filled with mats, this space is ideal if you plan on doing any type of activity where falling may occur (e.g. cheerleading, wrestling, martial arts). Climbing ropes and a chin-up bar are also included in the room.

A more intimate space for fitness and dance classes, Studio Room 300 has plenty of natural light and mirrors lining the north side of the room. This space is popular with our dance-related clubs.

Another great multipurpose space, plenty of fitness and dance classes vie for this spacious room. For those who are using the space for dance, mirrors line the south wall and a ballet bar is included in the room.

NRG Members can enjoy this reduced sensory room during scheduled drop-in times. This small-scale studio offers a range of equipment; selectorized machines, squat rack, bench press, dumbbells, step mill, virtual bike and much more.

The home of our wrestling team, Wrestling Room 3206 is another great space for activities where falling may occur. Bleacher seating for 150 people can accommodate spectator events. This room is not often rented to outside groups, but feel free to contact us.

This large and bright multipurpose space is great for larger-than-average fitness and dance classes. A platform for an instructor to teach from is on the east side of the room, along with mirrors lining the wall.

Overlooking the lobby of our Athletic Centre, this room can is great for certification courses, alongside fitness classes, dance classes, and meetings. Mirrors line the eastern wall, with natural light coming from the south.

Studio Room 3214 is yet another bright, spacious area for larger-than-average fitness and dance classes. Those who need a dance-friendly space should look no further, as mirrors line the northern wall and a portable ballet bar is available.

With stationary bikes filling the room, this space is meant for Group Cycling. Mirrors line the north wall, while natural light comes from the south. Please note that any rentals of this space must be accompanied by a department instructor (for a separate fee).
