We are pleased to recognize Justine Babin as our Gryphon Greatness winner for December!

Justine consistently demonstrates leadership, service excellence, and a genuine commitment to community well-being, all while strongly aligning with the mission, values, and guiding principles of the Department of Athletics & Recreation.

Throughout December, Justine fostered connection and inclusion through thoughtful gestures, including creating and sharing holiday appreciation bags with customers, hospitality staff, and coworkers across campus. She is deeply invested in the growth and development of the Client Services team, proactively encouraging future leaders and serving as a supportive mentor and ambassador for our unit.

Justine’s customer-centered approach, reliability, and professionalism are evident in everything she does. She frequently supports shift coverage, plays a key role in smooth early-morning operations, and helps ensure our facilities remain safe, welcoming, and well managed. Her commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and initiative in strengthening team culture further reflect her dedication to excellence.
