Women's Only Programming

This year we are excited to offer a variety of women's only hours and programs.  Please note: all of this programming is for an identity-specific time. If you do not identify as a woman, we welcome you to attend our regular hours and programs available to everyone. Hate of any kind will not be tolerated. 

Women's Only Swims - These swims are offered on Tuesdays in the red pool from 3:05-3:50pm Starting Sept. 20th. Access to these swims are part of your athletics membership for students. Please see the drop-in rec schedule for up to date times and schedules. 

Women's Only NRG Fitness Classes - We do offer a variety of Women's Only NRG Fitness classes on the fitness schedule. You must have an NRG membership to attend. Please find times and locations by viewing the NRG Fitness Class Schedule. 

Women's Only Drop-in Gym Hours - Visit the GPC-North for our 'Women’s Only' Drop-in times where you will find squat racks, leg extension/curl machine, rowing machines, cable machine, TRX ®, dumbbells plus additional portable equipment. Max capacity is 20 on a first-come, first-served basis.  Drop-in is included within the NRG Fitness Membership, no registration is required, just show up anytime during the following times:
Mon Sept 5/22 – Wed Dec 14/22 (No Drop-in Sun Oct 9/22 or Mon Oct 10/22 due to Thanksgiving)
Monday 8-10pm
Tuesday 8-10pm
Wednesday 4-5pm & 8-10pm
Sunday 7-9pm

Women's Only Multi-Sport and Intramurals - If you are new to intramurals and want to learn how to play amongst other women then try our Women's Only Multi-Sport league. We also offer a variety of women's intramural league. Learn more here.
