Closures and Cancellations:
Elin has been a rockstar of the Fields/Fieldhouse crew through the month of November. Not only does Elin move seamlessly from Fields operator working outside to working inside behind the info desk at the fieldhouse, She even did both in the same day on occasion! She has had to manage calls to the FRT to help with injuries in the fieldhouse and done so with calmness and professionalism. Even Elin's coworkers noticed her demeanor and complimented on how she handled one of the situations. That's not all. Over the course of November, Elin also picked up 20+ hours of posted shifts, or to help out team mates who had unexpected circumstances come up. Elin shows great initiative looking for extra things to do when she's on shift and even looking up how to fix ripped net mesh. Elin has been a fantastic role model to her teammates through out November.
