October Challenge: Move Better, Feel Stronger!

Proper form and continual progression are crucial for building strength without injuries and getting results. That's why were taking you through four common body-weight exercises (one per day Monday - Thursday) and challenging you with a new progression each week. 

Every week we will build upon the previous, improving your ability!

  • Monday: Squat
  • Tuesday: Push-ups
  • Wednesday: Lunges
  • Thursday: Plank

  1. Download our GryphFit App to join the challenge (Apple Store here, Google Play here)
  2. Join the challenge on the "Challenge" icon in the app
  3. Complete all reps and sets of the exercises listed on our Instagram every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the contest (October 4th - 31st, 2021).
  4. Manually record the workout using the app by simply choosing Weightlifting as the "type". Every workout you complete gets you entered into a draw to win prizes.
  5. Be entered into a draw to win a Matrix Fitness prize pack! The winner will be announced the week of Nov. 1st.

We will be entering the names of those who complete 12 workouts into a draw to win a Matrix Prize Pack! 

Want more chances to win? Take a video and tag us @gryphons_fitness every time you do. For every video we receive, you get an additional ballot added to a draw to win prizes. The more videos, the more chances to win! Contest closes Oct 31st at midnight.
