We are updating you today as a valued member and patron of our facility and programs. Thank you for the excellent attention to our safety protocols and procedures to help slow the spread of Covid-19. - Pre-book for your activity at gryphons.ca/reservations
- Swipe in at Client Services or the Fitness Centre.
- Follow the instructions of all staff.
- Use the hand sanitizing stations throughout the building and follow good face and hand hygiene.
- Stay 2 meters apart while travelling throughout the building and 3 meters apart in the Fitness Centre and Fitness Classes.
