We are proud to recognize Matteo Puga as our Gryphon Greatness winner for January 2026.

Matteo’s leadership, accountability, integrity, and strong commitment to health and safety have had a meaningful impact on the Fitness Centre. He has been instrumental in supporting the installation and extraction of equipment, completing detailed maintenance reporting, and creating new documentation by numbering machines to improve tracking and accountability.

Beyond logistics, Matteo played a key role in preparing the reformer studio—helping move and install equipment, responding to and cleaning up after a recent leak, and ensuring the studio was ready for safe and effective use. He also reorganized task sheets so FC staff could adapt to new machines and updated cleaning requirements, and supported staff training and team-building initiatives.

On shift, Matteo consistently leads by example. His work ethic and attention to detail have noticeably elevated the quality of closing shifts, and staff regularly comment on the positive cultural impact he has made. Matteo’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to step up wherever needed truly embody Gryphon Greatness.
