We are excited to recognize Connor Chumbley as our Gryphon Greatness winner for August!

Throughout the month, Connor has been a steady leader and a true pillar for the team while full-time supervisors rotated through vacation schedules. Drawing on his years of experience, Connor flawlessly managed nightly rentals, prepared his team for busy weekend tournaments, and ensured every detail was in place for success.

One standout moment came during the Gryphons Football home opener on August 23rd. Connor not only supported setup the night before and teardown after the game, but also stepped in on game day to run the score clock. This is something he took the initiative to learn in the days prior. His dedication to preparing and mastering the console ensured a flawless operation on a big stage.

Beyond his reliability and leadership, Connor is also known for bringing positivity to the workplace. Whether you need help, advice, or just a laugh, Connor is someone everyone can count on.
