Celebrating Gryphon Greatness: Matt Cruickshank – February Winner

We are thrilled to announce Matt Cruickshank as our Gryphon Greatness winner for February!

Matt’s unwavering dedication to his role as a lifeguard has truly set him apart. Throughout the month of February, Matt consistently went above and beyond, regularly picking up additional shifts, including the challenging 5 a.m. opening shifts! Even in the midst of the severe snowstorms that hit during the month, Matt never hesitated to make the trek to work. On those days when the University considered closing, Matt was still on his bike, braving the elements to ensure that our programs ran smoothly.

Matt’s accountability is second to none. When he commits to something, or when others are depending on him, Matt is always there. He doesn’t just show up; he’s often the first to arrive, completes most tasks independently, and, most importantly, greets our customers with a positive attitude and a smile.

We are proud to honor Matt with the Gryphon Greatness award for February – his dedication, dependability, and commitment to excellence make him more than deserving of this recognition.
