Christmas has come early at the GGAC with our new gym equipment arriving next week!
Here is what you need to know...
We will be removing a variety of pieces on the evening of Monday, Dec. 2nd to make way for new equipment arriving Tuesday, Dec 3rd. The cardio machines along with new equipment for the black mat area will be installed from Tuesday Dec 3rd to Thursday Dec 5th. The Fitness Centre will remain open, but some areas may be closed for safety purposes and there will be less cardio equipment available during this time period.
Check out our updated NRG Fitness Class schedule or the Event Centre indoor track as alternatives for your cardio routine.
Our cycle studio bikes are also being removed Monday, Dec 2nd and will be replaced with new ones on Tuesday Dec. 3rd. Consequently, the Monday Dec 3rd 7:30pm Cycle Core and Tuesday Dec 4th 9am Cycle Express are cancelled.
