Congratulations to Emily Posthumus for being named our Gryphon Greatness winner for September 2025.
Emily has been a standout employee this month, helping to mentor new staff and bringing experience to the team to help us get through a busy start. In September alone, she picked up many shifts to ensure coverage at our events and has been our go-to for getting the job done quickly and efficiently. On several occasions, we've paired Emily with a new Events staff to show them the ropes and guide them through some of our busiest days, including Homecoming. With a crowd of 8,500 people, Emily successfully navigated through various facets of a lengthy script to ensure it was being followed to the minute. Her ability to foster relationships and engage with our Gryphon community is a necessary part of the role and Emily does it flawlessly. Through her strong communication and planning ahead, her assistance was crucial to ensuring a smooth transition from each activation and media timeout.
