Congratulations to Charlotte Baader on being named July's Gryphon Greatness
During the month of July, Charlotte took the lead in designing and facilitating our Swim to Survive Summer camp programs.
Each week when the campers visited the pool, Charlotte created lessons plans to educate the group about water safety, the roles of lifeguards and how to swim safely in the water. She uses themes each day to match the games and skills being taught to teach our campers to be water smart and make smart choices in and around the water.
Charlotte's leadership in these camps has continued to create a fun and welcoming environment for our camp community at the pool. Working closely and collaboratively with her co-instructors, they make learning fun, and interesting. While always keeping activities creative and playful, our campers of all swim abilities feel included and achieve success.
