Congratulations to Logan from the Arena for winning February's Gryphon Greatness.
This month our award recipient was nominated by not only two of our facility supervisors but a fellow co-worker who noticed Logan's dedication.
I’ve watched Logan be the Student Manager for the hockey rink for the past month and I believe he truly deserves it. During the absence of the rink coordinator, Logan was the direct facilitator for several varsity hockey games leading the whole event and making sure it ran smooth. As the student manager, he has gone above and beyond his job to ensure the quality of service at the rink. He was more than willing to step up for the job when needed.
Logan did a good job of helping to host several successful varsity hockey games. Logan demonstrated great leadership qualities in spearheading varsity game day set ups and taking shifts which were vacant and needed to be filled. He also helped to foster a great environment to build relationships with hockey alumni at both of the Gryphon Hockey alumni events by making sure the rink was in top shape in appearance, and top shape in a quality sheet of ice to host the games.
Thank you Logan for going above and beyond this semester.
