The Gryphon Greatness recognition for May goes to Tyler Jones for their Leadership and demonstrating our Gryphon Way
Tyler stepped up showing leadership and a willingness to learn and develop, jumping in with both feet in May. We had many shifts and large tasks to cover and while Tyler had only worked in the GGAC up until May he quickly learnt from the student management team outside.He was also instrumental this month, covering shifts outside in fields and at the Fieldhouse a few times - he picked up facets of the job very quickly and became someone we could lean on especially as we prepped for the game last week. His focus and communication on Argo's Media Day was fantastic - whenever help was needed Tyler was on it; he met with MLSE organizers and problem solved when Supervisors couldn't be there. Tyler leads by example every time he comes into work; there is always a smile on his face, he is fantastic at communicating with supervisors, co-workers and community users, and he's always willing to learn more about the role and how to excel!
