September 2026 Gryphon Greatness
We are excited to recognize Cale Topham as our Gryphon Greatness winner for September!
September was an incredibly busy month for our Fields team, with three-quarters of the football season, staff training, Friday Night Lights, and O-Week all taking place. Throughout it all, Cale consistently stepped up to ensure things were organized, prepared, and completed while also supporting the team around him.
Cale played a particularly important role in training and supporting new staff. He was heavily involved in hands-on teaching, sharing his knowledge and experience to help new team members build confidence and understand the expectations of their roles.
Whether setting up for events, supporting his coworkers, or helping train the next generation of Fields staff, Cale was someone the team could count on throughout a demanding month.
Thank you, Cale, for your leadership and willingness to step up. You truly embody Gryphon Greatness!
