August 2026 Gryphon Greatness
We are excited to recognize Charlotte Baader as our Gryphon Greatness winner for August!
Charlotte has been an indispensable member of our Aquatics team this summer, consistently demonstrating exceptional enthusiasm, leadership, and dedication. She has taken the lead in delivering our Swim to Survive Summer Camp program, bringing energy and positivity to every session and creating an environment where campers feel welcomed, supported, and excited to learn.
Through thoughtful lesson planning, Charlotte teaches essential water safety concepts, swimming skills, and in-water independence. Her passion for helping others succeed is evident in every interaction, and her commitment to meaningful learning experiences has made a lasting impact on our campers.
Charlotte also works collaboratively with co-instructors and camp counsellors to ensure the program remains fun, safe, and engaging. Her ability to build confidence in the water while helping campers develop important lifelong skills is a true reflection of her dedication to the program.
Beyond her work with campers, Charlotte has been an outstanding mentor to newer instructors. She leads by example, shares her knowledge and enthusiasm, and encourages her teammates to grow their skills and confidence. Her mentorship is helping develop the next generation of Swim to Survive instructors.
