July 2026 Gryphon Greatness
We are excited to recognize Lea St-Pierre as our Gryphon Greatness winner for July!
Since joining our Fields crew as a Student Manager in April, Lea has made a significant positive impact on our Facilities team. She has quickly immersed herself in the Student Manager role and the broader facilities operation, gaining experience through events ranging from First on the Turf to the Argos exhibition game. In just a few short months, she has become someone her team can rely on for guidance, support, and leadership.
Throughout July, Lea truly took the reins. She stayed on top of daily maintenance responsibilities while also looking ahead to the bigger picture, organizing and assigning tasks to our part-time staff to ensure the ever-growing list of facility needs stayed on track.
Lea also played an important role in the U19 Canadian Rugby Championships, helping lead the team through preparation and a full week of competition. Her growth over the past few months has been incredible to watch, and she continues to develop into a confident and capable leader within our Facilities team.
Thank you, Lea, for your initiative, leadership, and commitment to your team. We are excited to see the impact you will continue to make as we head into the busy fall season. You truly embody Gryphon Greatness!
