July 2026 Gryphon Greatness
We are excited to recognize Abigail Milne as our Gryphon Greatness winner for July!
In her first year as Program Director for our Junior/Intermediate Activity Camps and Swim 2 Survive programs, Abigail has made an incredible impact. She consistently brings a positive attitude, arrives prepared, and is always thinking ahead about how to make our programs even better.
Abigail can be found throughout the day jumping in wherever she is needed, supporting both campers and staff. Even while navigating an ankle injury and wearing a boot, she never let it slow her down or keep her from being present and involved. Her willingness to step in, lead crafts, solve challenges, and support new program initiatives has helped take our programming to new heights.
Her leadership and energy have also made a lasting impression on our staff. Abigail leads by example and creates an environment where those around her feel supported, engaged, and excited about their work.
Beyond her Program Director role, Abigail has also been a coach with the Jays Care Foundation RBI program, bringing energy and enthusiasm while creating an inclusive environment where participants can build skills, confidence, and friendships.
