We are excited to recognize Nicola Whitlock as our Gryphon Greatness winner for March!

During a busy intramurals playoff month, Nicola demonstrated exceptional leadership, accountability, and initiative, consistently stepping up to support both her team and overall operations. She picked up multiple shifts to ensure coverage and continuity, while also going above and beyond outside of scheduled hours to help manage the complexities of playoff scheduling.

Nicola played a key role in adjusting schedules to accommodate varsity hockey playoffs, ensuring fair game distribution for participants while also stewarding facility resources effectively. Her ability to balance these priorities—while keeping the season on track and maximizing space usage—reflects both strong leadership and innovative thinking. She also took the initiative to help revise and release additional playoff schedules, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for all involved.
