February 2026 Gryphon Greatness
We are excited to recognize Gwyneth Jarrett as our Gryphon Greatness winner for February!
Throughout the month, Gwyneth demonstrated exceptional leadership and reliability, consistently stepping up to support the team during a busy playoff season. Over Reading Week, she picked up additional basketball and volleyball playoff shifts to help cover for colleagues who were away, all while managing her own hockey playoff responsibilities.
Gwyneth also played an important role in developing future Game Day Managers, completing four GDM shadow training shifts. In addition to her regular duties, she dedicated time to teaching and guiding new staff through the position, helping ensure they felt confident and prepared for game day operations.
Two of these shadow shifts took place during Senior Nights, where Gwyneth was instrumental in keeping everything organized—from preparing the ice and coordinating tables and jerseys to helping manage photos and supporting the families involved. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured these meaningful events ran smoothly.
One standout moment came when Gwyneth successfully led a game without her regular GDM partner or direct supervision, working alongside a fill-in colleague to manage the event from start to finish. Her ability to take ownership, stay organized, and lead under pressure reflects the strong leadership she has demonstrated throughout the month.
