We are proud to recognize Isabella Antonacci as our Gryphon Greatness winner for November!

As a new lead this year, Isabella has stepped into her role with confidence, initiative, and professionalism. She has quickly adapted to new responsibilities, showing a level of leadership that embodies what it means to be a Gryphon. Her steady presence and quick learning have not only impressed her supervisors but have also had a meaningful impact on the entire team.

Throughout the month, Isabella has consistently gone above and beyond—supporting coworkers without hesitation, helping with shift coverage, and ensuring weekend operations ran smoothly. During a time when a teammate was navigating personal challenges, Isabella stepped in with kindness and reliability, offering support that made a significant difference. Her willingness to help, often without even realizing how much she’s contributing, speaks to her character.

Alongside her leadership in Client Services, Isabella continues to stay deeply involved across Athletics, serving on the IEDI and Health & Safety Boards, all while balancing a full course load and the uncertainty of the upcoming academic year. Despite the pressure, she continues to persevere with grace and dedication.
