We are thrilled to recognize Matteo Puga as our Gryphon Greatness winner for September!

Matteo has gone above and beyond this month, playing a key role in the setup and success of our new reformer program. He dedicated countless hours to building the new reformers, organizing storage rooms, and preparing equipment for use across the Fitness Centre and studios even coming in over the Labour Day weekend to ensure everything was ready to go. His commitment and initiative have made a huge impact on the team’s ability to launch this exciting new program smoothly and successfully.

In addition to his behind-the-scenes contributions, Matteo continues to lead by example during his closing shifts in the Fitness Centre. He sets a high standard for work ethic and accountability, and he’s passionate about creating a positive, communicative team environment where everyone feels confident in their role.
