Omar has been a steady and reliable leader on the Client Services team this past month, playing a critical role in supporting our daily operations without missing a beat. In the absence of a Full-Time Afternoon Clerk, Omar stepped up by taking on additional shifts, ensuring consistent coverage and continuity for our team and facility users.

Throughout May, Omar has demonstrated a deep commitment to safety, equity, and operational excellence. His attention to detail during building walk-throughs has helped keep our space secure and functional, with concerns promptly identified and addressed. He’s also shown incredible care in upholding our policies—approaching member interactions with professionalism and empathy to clearly communicate expectations and foster accountability in our spaces.
