Ije, who recently transitioned to supporting both the Fieldhouse and GGAC, has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. With years of experience on the Fieldhouse crew, she has brought a wealth of leadership skills to her new role, positively impacting both facilities.

Ije embodies the core values of the Gryphon Way, excelling particularly in leadership. Her proactive approach and ability to ask insightful questions have not only enhanced her own work but have also helped her colleagues grow. Ije consistently takes the initiative, even in unfamiliar situations, especially when setting up events. Her adaptability and dedication have played a key role in the seamless execution of events at the GGAC while maintaining her essential presence at the Fieldhouse.
