Staff Recess League

What to Expect: 

• Available to UofG staff and faculty only 
• A great mental wellness break in the middle of the workday
• Recess League fee applies 
• Games take place within the Athletics facilities
• Games are scheduled during lunch hour
• Games are played once a week
• Committing to attending every week is not necessary as this is a non-progressive league
• No experience required

Pickleball: 

• Game times are 12:00pm-12:30pm or 12:30pm-1:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays
• Keeping score is optional, the goal of this recess league is for lunch time movement and fun with other University of Guelph staff
• Nets will be set up and paddles provided.  Participants are welcome to bring their own pickleball paddle.
• Eye protection is not provided.  Participants are welcome and encourage to bring their own eye protection.
