This High Performance Athletic Development Program is designed for the athlete wishing to go to the next level.
Are you a high-performance athlete that wants to learn how to maximize your physical ability? Come join us for a half day camp hosted by the University of Guelph Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coaches and staff.
Coaches will take you through a movement assessment and a comprehensive program aimed at teaching you how to master the basics of strength and conditioning. Topics will include movement competency, strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning. Sessions will be primarily practical with some classroom education sessions covering the why's behind training and other relevant topics such as nutrition and recovery.
