Flow & Restore Yoga

Incorporate a deep stretch with a physical workout for the perfect blend of effort & ease. Start the practice with a fiery Hatha/Flow style sequence, then make use of the internal heat cultivated in the body to help you find depth in Yin postures and relaxation in restorative postures. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Foam Roll & Release

A Yoga style stretch class, combined with foam rolling fascial release techniques. Release tension and remove stuck stress to aid in recovery and improve your mobility. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Glowga Yoga Class - Registration Required, but FREE

Space is limited, so you'll want to register early to help you reduce your Exam Stress. Join us for this Glowga Yoga Class. Bring your own glow-in-the-dark gear and we’ll provide Glow Sticks & mats. Members FREE.  Register Now for Glowga Yoga.

Hatha Flow Yoga

This class blends vinyasa flow with strengthening & stretching poses. It aims to unite movement with breath to bring about a peaceful, meditative mind while also toning the body. Suitable for all levels. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

JOGA®

This movement system combines the biomechanics of sport created specifically for an athlete’s body & mindset with the benefits of yoga. Enhance athletic performance, improve concentration & decrease recovery time. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Pilates

Improve both posture and balance by learning to focus on controlled movements in order to strengthen the core and create stabilization around the joints. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Pilates - WOMEN'S ONLY

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
