Barre Burn

This effective workout is a balance of muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning & stretching. You will be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening & toning your whole body. Cardio Kickbox

Punch & kick your way through this empowering, results driven workout. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

CIRCL Mobility™

Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help you move better, longer. Set to a soundtrack of healing tones and sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Crush N' Core

The core is all the muscles between your neck and your knees. Get ready to cover it all and crush a variety of core exercises in this workout. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Foam Roll & Release

A Yoga style stretch class, combined with foam rolling fascial release techniques. Release tension and remove stuck stress to aid in recovery and improve your mobility. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Get on the Ball

Use the stability ball to challenge your body from head to toe. Improve your strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular ability. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

H.I.I.T. Tabata

This intense metabolic workout combines intervals of cardio training following the Tabata protocol (20 sec. of work and 10 sec. of rest) and strength exercises. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

H.I.I.T. the Water

Combine shallow and deep water H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) and maximize your time and results. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Hardcore

A class devoted solely to toning and strengthening the core...from your neck to your knees. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Hardcore/Rock Bottom

This class is devoted to toning and strengthening the core & lower body…from your neck to your toes. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Knockout Boxing

You'll use gloves, target pads and jump ropes in order to learn basic punches, kicks and combinations used in boxing, kickboxing and other martial arts. This workout will knock you out! This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Pound®

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Pure Strength

This class will help you to build your strength and increase your metabolism with all types of muscle conditioning exercises. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Rock Bottom

This class is devoted to toning and strengthening the lower body. 30 minutes is all it takes! This class is included within the NRG Fitness Membership.

Step N' Core

Experience an intense cardio workout on the step to challenge your mind & muscles, followed by conditioning work on the floor to tighten & tone your core. An awesome mix! This class is included within the NRG Pass.

STRONG Nation®

Combine high intensity tempo training with the science of synced music motivation by syncing the music with the moves to perfectly push you beyond your perceived limits. With the combination of cardio and muscle conditioning by using effective body weight exercises, you can "let it sync in"! This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Tabata
