Pilates & Yoga Classes

The Gryphon NRG Pass includes access to the new Fitness Centre and all classes included within the below NRG Class Schedule - attend unlimited classes, anytime!   This schedule is subject to change due to holidays or special circumstances.  Please refer to below NRG Class Calendar for all removal/updates.  Below calendar can be filtered by morning, afternoon, evening, or ALL Classes (by default it will filter to the current week and time of day).

Balanced Body

This class is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and foam rolling that will improve core strength, posture and create a balanced body. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Classical Yoga

Encourage relaxation through meditation, breath control and body awareness with traditional yoga poses. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and invigorated! This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Desk Jockey Yoga - STAFF ONLY

Staff-Only - Take a break from your busy day with this gentle restorative class to calm your mind, increase strength, flexibility, vitality, and awareness. Release tension in the muscles and joints caused by sitting, reading, or working at a desk. All levels are welcome. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Power Pilates - WOMEN'S ONLY

WOMEN'S ONLY - Strengthen parts of your body you never knew you had by using proper muscle activation and rehabilitation techniques. Emphasis on the core will improve your alignment, posture & stability. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

TRX® Yoga

Additional support from the TRX® Suspension Trainer offers a unique challenge to many yoga poses. It allows you to deepen the stretch, improve your body awareness and strengthen your entire body.
