The Gryphon NRG Pass includes access to the new Fitness Centre and all classes included within the below NRG Class Schedule - attend unlimited classes, anytime!   This schedule is subject to change due to holidays or special circumstances.  Please refer to below NRG Class Calendar for all removal/updates.  Below calendar can be filtered by morning, afternoon, evening, or ALL Classes (by default it will filter to the current week and time of day).

Cycle Circuit

Increase your strength and cardio to maximize results in this metabolic circuit using our new digital bikes, bodyweight, bands, balls and more. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Cycloga

Group Cycling + yoga = Cycloga. Starts with a 30 min ride that will get your heart rate up and get your sweat on followed by 30 mins of traditional yoga to enhance your strength and Flexibility. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Interval Grind Cycle

Put the pedal to the metal. Action packed and energy driven. Challenge yourself with this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) cycle class that includes intervals of in-and-out of the saddle, jumps, sprints, and team play all set to heart pounding music. Let the beat drive your feet. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Ripped Ride Cycle

Get in gear and try this fusion of cycle and strength training that will help you to maximize your caloric burn and tone your chest, back, shoulders and arms. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

Sunrise Cycle

Start your day off right with this cycle class that will have your heart pumping and feet moving. This class is included within the NRG Pass.

TRX® Suspension Ride Cycle

Starting your class with 30 minutes of Interval Grind on the bike will be sure to get the heart pumping and build strength & endurance in the legs. Then head to the TRX® studio for a half hour of suspension training to build upper body strength and core stability. Reach all your fitness goals with this total body workout. This class is included within the NRG Pass Membership.

Watts Up Cycle

Designed to include a variety of drills that will drive your watts up week to week, this class is sure to increase your fitness level. You will improve your power and therefore have better stamina, feel stronger and see amazing results. This class is included within the NRG Pass.
